In an Infor SyteLine 8.03.20 environment running The Lake Companies Doc-Trak Version 2013 Service Pack 3. Doc-Trak icons are not being displayed in the SyteLine client.
You can check the version of Doc-Trak in the Doc-Trak Parameters form.
Doc-Trak icons missing from the ribbon in SyteLine client. They should be displayed towards the right on the ribbon when you open up a form such as Customer Orders, Items or Purchase Orders.
To correct this problem, run the Lake Companies Form Refresh Utility.
From the Forms DB drop down select the appropriate Forms database. Select Doc-Trak from the Product drop down menu. Leave the Form Name drop down blank. This will refresh all The Lake Companies Doc-Trak related forms. To proceed, click on the Refresh button. This will display all the Forms that are to be “refreshed”.
Click the Commit button.
If you now go back to the Purchase Order form, you will notice that Doc-Trak icons are being displayed on the right hand side of the ribbon.
