During the upgrade of The Lake Companies ShopTrak 2012 Service Pack 1 product to version 2013 of ShopTrak following the Infor SyteLine upgrade from 8.03.11 to 8.03.20, you receive error messages concerning function dbo.IsMaterialTiedToProject. It appears that this function was upgraded from SyteLine 8.03.11 to 8.03.20 and now pulls back another field called @CheckJobStatus” which is causing errors in the lc_lt_JobIssueQtyRequired and lc_lt_JobPickSp procedures.

Error messages encountered during the upgrade look like this:

This is a known Shop-Trak Issue. There is no need to re-install Shop-Trak. Instead, below two SQL scripts should be applied to the database server.

dbo.lc_lt_JobIssueQtyRequired.sql

dbo.lc_lt_JobPickSp.sql
