Start the EPAK Developer client and select Library at the Start screen.
Click on the drop down menu at the top center of the EPAK Developer window at select All Checked out.
This will show you a list of all the documents that are currently checked out. In this specific case the customer was using the same credentials across multiple workstations to produce or edit content. Note that Checked out by column shows admin for all EPAKs.
Do determine which workstation have which specific EPAK checked out we want to add another column. Right click on the ribbon and select Column Chooser.
A selection box will appear in the lower right hand side corner of the EPAK Developer client. Select the Checked Out Hostname option and drag it to the ribbon at the top.
Note that workstation hostnames now appear which can help you determine which user currently has the content checked out.
