Start the EPAK Developer client and navigate to the folder containing the content you want published. Double click on the topic – Customer Service in our example. Then click on the Publish button to the right of the Save icon.
This will initiate the Publish Content wizard.
Specify the publishing destination then click Next.
Select appropriate publishing options then click Next.
There are many more options related to publishing in the next window. Choose the appropriate ones then hit Publish.
Once done you’ll see that the Publishing was completed. Click on the Finish button.
To remove already published content you’ll need to log in to the Knowledge Center. Default address of KC is http://servername/KCenter/. Once logged in click on the Manager section on the left hand side.
Next, clcik on Titles in the upper right hand corner of the Knowledge Center web interface.
Here you will see all currently published titles. To ‘unpublish’ a title simply click on the red x on the right hand side to delete the content.
